A packer is an inflatable bladder that is wrapped in a resin-soaked patch of liner that is either pushed or pulled into the host pipe to the target area and inflated until the resin on the liner has fully cured. The packer is then deflated and removed from the pipe, leaving a fully structural section of liner. 

The easiest way to ensure you have the proper materials on hand for patch installation. Kit includes pre-cut liner, two-part silicate resin, nitrile gloves, rubber bands, vinyl tape, packer tube, wet-out sheet, protective packer sleeve, MSDS sheet and patching manual.
